A vertical heart in a horizontal centre.
Most centre speakers lie down. The problems their driver arrangement can create do not. Raiya Tx gives dialogue the sort of grown-up engineering your front speakers would expect.

The midrange and tweeter are aligned vertically, so the two drivers that cover the voice are not side by side. That is what avoids the horizontal comb-filtering of a conventional lying-down centre — in ordinary language, a cleaner presentation for more than one seat.
TeXtreme gets the hard job.
Satori TeXtreme drivers use thin-ply spread-tow carbon diaphragms: light, stiff and nicely suited to keeping pace when a film gets busy. Clever material. Very useful day job.
The two central drivers are the TM alignment. The flanking MW16TX-4 midwoofers take care of the other hard work.

One coherent source. Fewer weird bits.
The critical vocal work lives in Raiya Tx's vertical tweeter–midrange alignment. That single TM source is not there for decoration. It is there so dialogue stays intelligible when someone politely steals the seat to your left.

Better off-axis clarity.
A single TM alignment avoids the destructive interference that occurs when two side-by-side drivers reproduce the same frequencies horizontally. The useful result: clearer dialogue off to the side of the sofa.
Phase coherence.
The vertical arrangement gives a more precise acoustic source point for vocal tracks in the horizontal plane, keeping the performance together rather than spreading it about.
Simulated point source.
It behaves like a standard vertical bookshelf monitor rather than one turned on its side, which is what keeps the horizontal response free of the interference dips that can spoil the plot.
SB Acoustics describes this vertical midrange–tweeter arrangement on the official Raiya Tx product page as eliminating comb-filtering artefacts found in conventional horizontal centre-channel layouts, for a cleaner, more natural presentation across a wide listening area.

One cabinet, finished, with the drivers to fill it.
A centre is supplied and priced per cabinet — one cabinet, its magnetic grilles, and one crossover. That is exactly what you want from a centre channel: you buy one, and you match it to the front pair you already own.
The cabinets arrive finished. They are cut, assembled and finished at the same works that makes the drivers, on the same machines, to the same tolerances — so the job in front of you is the acoustics: mount the drivers, wire the crossover, fit the damping.
Six finishes are drawn up, and the same six run through the Ara, Rinjani and Sasandu cabinets — so a Raiya centre can be finished to match the front pair exactly.
