"Mount Rinjani is the second largest active volcano in Indonesia. As a fitting reflection of the sheer might of a volcanic event, the SB Acoustics Rinjani BE is a force-of-nature erupting on to the quality loudspeaker space. Yes, I’m convinced the Rinjani BE is a compelling, genuine high-end audio bargain." - SoundStage Australia
Audiophiles love the SATORI TW29BN. It features a 29 mm wide surround beryllium diaphragm, a two-part aluminum faceplate with integrated mechanical decoupling, dual balanced compression chambers, a neodymium magnet, shallow flow optimized magnet structure for optimum coupling to the rear chamber, a foam mounting gasket, and gold-plated terminals.
The build quality of the Satori TW29BN is designed to deliver high-fidelity sounds without distortion - and no stone was left unturned.
Not only that, every Satori TW29BN is rigorously tested for compliance with a narrow deviation margin in the lab, not on factory floor - higher than the industry standard where on average, 1 in every 50 drivers are lab-tested.
You can be assured every Satori driver delivers sounds exacty as intended.

Beryllium ('Be') is renowned for its low density, high tensile strength and high flexural rigidity – an ideal material for tweeters in the passionate hi-fi and audiophile circle.
'Be' is first used in TAD speakers of the 90s and represented the finest reference monitors, and holds that status until today. They were used in the TAD2401, TAD2402, TAD2404.
The advantages of beryllium as a diaphragm material have long been acknowledged. Its exceptionally high stiffness-to-mass ratio is far beyond that of polymer or carbon-based materials, allowing beryllium to deliver even tighter, faster and cleaner bass response.
This is what unprocessed Beryllium looks like.
The TAD2404 - praised by audiophiles & audio professionals alike for its stunning dynamics, accuracy & transparency.

A diaphragm, for example, should move like a piston, with all points moving in uniform and only in the desired direction - forward and back. Breakup occurs when different points on the surface begin moving in different times, all to say, flex is undesirable.
Because beryllium is extremely light and stiff, it does a better job of maintaining its structural integrity under load, avoiding breakups when compared to conventional diaphragm materials.
High frequency breakups cause rough and “peaky” frequency response that typically resulting in a long decay in the time domain (also referred to as ringing). The Satori TW29BN avoids that, delivering cleaner, detailed highs that dont sound harsh to the ears.

The SATORI MW16P-4 uses our own proprietary Egyptian Papyrus cone diaphragm. Made of compressed papyrus stems combined with our manufacturing process, the Papyrus cones are stiff and lightweight, while also giving a unique characteristic to the overall build with the fibre specks.
On top of that, the Neodymium permanent magnet creates a lightweight, strong magnetic field that ensures punchy lows.
The result? A midwoofer that audiophiles say, "delivers warm, lifelike vocals that makes you feel cosy."

A crossover network in speakers is an electronic circuit that divides the audio signal into different frequency ranges and sends each range to the appropriate driver, ensuring preservation of high-fidelity audio.
In a 2-way speaker, the crossover network
The crossover network is designed divides the audio signal into two frequency ranges, one for the woofer and one for the tweeter.
Ara Be's crossover is bespoke and finely tuned to synergise the tweeter, midwoofer and cabinet for the best possible performance in such a small package.
It is also constant directive and are near pointsources for music. This allows the Ara Be to acoustically blend into the listening space, become invisible and only let the music flow.
The Rinjani Be is built with braced, internal chambers to isolate vibrations from either drivers, minimising coloration.
The Rinjani Be features a unique slanted cabinet construction that helps with time alignment- ensuring soundwaves from both driver reach you at the same time, elevates your musical experience.
"I was quite surprised that the tweeter which has a beryllium dome did not sound bright or hard. I have heard other beryllium dome tweeters that sounded bright, hard and even metallic. Indeed, the SB Acoustics’ treble sounded extended and smooth without any touch of harshness." - AV2Day.com
"All things taken together — and since I know that Ulrik Schmidt and Frank Nielsen, co-owners of Danesian Audio (www.danesian.dk), spend a lot of time listening to various iterations of a driver as they go through the development process — this is a fine sounding product.." - AudioXpress.com
SB Acoustics was formed to bring an alternative to the high-end transducer market. Marrying the design talents of Danesian Audio (Denmark), a company filled with industry veterans, responsible for many well known and revolutionary designs, and manufacturing expert Sinar Baja Electric (Indonesia), a vertically integrated company with more than 40 years of transducer manufacturing experience.
Artisan Acoustics was founded with a passion for high-end High-fidelity audio in Singapore, and now distributes SB Acoustics products in Asia (Malaysia) outside of Indonesia. Here at AA, we want to bring audiophile passion to the masses to enjoy, and appreciate the art of music and audio, and the amazing engineering that goes behind hi-fi audio systems.
